Regional Water Technology Innovation Cluster Anniversary Event on January 18th

On January 18, 2011, EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson and Karen Mills, Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), launched the regional Water Technology Innovation Cluster (WTIC) in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana.

On January 18, 2012, EPA and SBA will celebrate the one-year anniversary of the WTIC at a meeting in Cincinnati, OH. This event will be an opportunity to learn about recent progress to advance water technology research, development, and commercialization in the region. Representatives from EPA, SBA, WTIC, regional technology companies, and others will talk about their experiences and success stories over the past year. The event will take place on January 18, from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. ET, at the EPA Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center in Cincinnati, OH.
