Engineering Position Open in Washington Department of Health

The Washington state Office of Drinking Water has another exciting new job opportunity.  They are currently recruiting for a Senior Environmental Engineer for the State Revolving Loan Fund.  This position is designated as the senior environmental engineering specialist for State Revolving Loan Fund infrastructure projects.  Working closely with Office of Drinking Water management, staff and stakeholders, this position serves as the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund program supervisor leading four staff.  S/he is also the statewide engineering lead on technical issues associated with planning, design, and/or construction of drinking water infrastructure projects.  This position coordinates the activities of the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund program with activities of other drinking water programs, state and federal agencies, and local governmental entities.  By ensuring water system projects addressing critical health issues are funded, the activities and responsibilities of the position support the mission of the Office of Drinking Water to protect the health of the people of Washington State by ensuring safe and reliable drinking water.
