Upcoming Webinars for Small Water Systems

Our colleagues at the Environmental Finance Center Network (EFCN) are hosting three more no cost webinars that should be of great interest to small systems.  These events are part of the EPA Competitive award to EFCN to provide training and assistance to small systems.  Some of these events offer Continuing Education Credits.  However, individuals must contact their state drinking water programs to determine if the credits are available in their state.  The logistical information for each and brief descriptions are as follows:

This webinar will discuss and examine the key financial indicators that allow small systems to make informed decisions in planning and investment. The webinar will include training on how to calculate and interpret your system’s operating ratio, debt service coverage ratio, current ratio, and days of cash on hand. The webinar will also discuss how funders use these numbers in deciding whether or not to loan your system money needed for capital improvements.  In this webinar you will:
