Position Overview:  AMWA, a nonprofit organization supporting the CEOs and senior managers of large, publicly owned drinking water utilities, seeks applicants for a new Manager of Resilience and Sustainability Affairs.  Drinking water utilities face unique challenges in utility management, planning and operations related to the sustainability, security and resilience of their infrastructure. The Manager of Resilience and Sustainability Affairs will work closely with the Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer and other association staff to develop and manage the association’s sustainability and homeland security programs.  The purpose of these programs is to support and promote policies and innovations that enable the nation’s water utilities to enhance resilience to extreme events, climate change impacts and security threats.  The position description and benefits and compensation details are available at:  http://www.amwa.net/JobOpening.
