Lead in the Water Webinars from NCSL
The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL)has been sponsoring a series of webinars on replacing lead service lines. The next webinar – “Lead in the Water: Disclosing Lead Service Lines” is being held next Friday, December 15 at 2:00 EST. In October NCSL held a webinar on policy options for replacing lead service lines and followed that in November with one on financing options. These webinars provide a good background for state staff that may be helping utilities address this complex issue.
