EPA to Delay Addition of PFAS to the TRI
Given the “Regulatory Freeze Pending Review” memorandum released by the President, EPA is delaying the effective date for “Implementing Statutory Addition of Certain Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) to Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Beginning with Reporting Year 2025”. The new effective date is 3/21/2025, which was previously 2/5/2025. More information can be found in the federal register here.
