Jessica Kramer Nominated as EPA’s Assistant Administrator for Water
On Tuesday, February 11, President Trump nominated Jessica Kramer as EPA’s Assistant Administrator for Water. Kramer previously served with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as the Deputy Secretary of Regulatory Programs. Kramer was heavily involved in the water portions of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) as water counsel for former Senate Committee for Environment and Public Works Ranking Member (now Chairman), Shelley Moore-Capito (R-WV).
