ASDWA Submits Fiscal Year 2026 Appropriations Testimony
On Friday, April 4, ASDWA written testimony (below) to congressional appropriators on Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Appropriations for EPA. The testimony recommends congressional appropriators increase the funding for the Public Water Supply Supervision (PWSS) grants, fully fund both the Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Funds (SRFs) at their authorization levels of $3 billion each and stop the practice of funding Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) projects from the SRF capitalization grants.
