ASDWA President Testifies for Senate EPW Committee

On Wednesday, April 30, Eric Oswald, ASDWA President and Drinking Water Administrator for Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), testified for the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee regarding opportunities to reauthorize funding for water infrastructure projects. Eric’s testimony focused on the successes of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law/Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act for water systems and included recommendations to maintain funding allocations and grant disbursements.

Additional witnesses included Kyle Dreyfuss-Wells, representing National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA), and Tom Goulette, representing National Rural Water Association (NRWA).
