EPA Webinar on Charlotte Water’s Workforce Development Programs
On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 12:00 – 1:30 (eastern time), EPA will host a water workforce webinar entitled, “Innovative Approaches from Charlotte Water’s Workforce Development Programs.” During the webinar, participants will learn how Charlotte Water utilizes registered apprenticeships, job shadowing opportunities, targeted recruitment strategies, and internships to train future water professionals with the goal of creating long-term career pathways.
