EPIC Releases A Playbook for States to Develop Water System Service Area Boundaries

This week, the Environmental Policy Innovation Center (EPIC) launched A State Playbook for Creating and Sharing Drinking Water Service Area Boundaries. The Playbook is designed to be a resource for states to encourage collaboration in developing a high-quality map of the water service areas nationally to improve the design and implementation of water infrastructure, rate design, drought planning, and numerous other programs.
