Off

Congress continues to struggle to find a compromise solution to fund the Federal government past September 30th. The chances of a government shutdown, starting at midnight on September 30th continue to grow given the latest vote on the Defense appropriations bill. The Office of Management and Budget is expected to tell Federal agencies on Friday, September 22nd to prepare for a shutdown on September 30th. There is no consensus for either short-term funding solutions, such as a Continuing Resolution (CR), or long-term appropriations.
