On behalf of our members, you are invited to join state, Federal, and local water professionals who will gather at  ASDWA’s32nd Annual Conference to tackle the many challenges facing the water community.  By contributing your knowledge and vision to the conference’s program you can help us achieve our goal of protecting public health as we face an array of 21st century challenges.  ASDWA solicits both oral presentations and exhibitors of products and services that are invaluable in helping us achieve our collective goals.

This 32nd Conference offers an excellent opportunity for you to connect with state drinking water program administrators.  Present your products and services to the people who influence buying decisions.  Increase your awareness of new and critical regulatory and legislative drinking water issues.  Join us to discuss these issues with the states, EPA, and other concerned stakeholders.

Exhibitor Profile

ASDWA Conference exhibitors are public and private corporations, trade associations, and assistance providers to the water community.  The focus of the exhibits includes treatment technologies, especially technologies appropriate for small systems and alternative technologies; water security technologies; and equipment such as membrane filtration, corrosion control, and disinfection.  Also welcome are exhibitors that provide information and services on regulatory compliance; educational, training and assistance programs; and data management services and products.    

Annual Conference Attendance Profile

Approximately 250 attendees are expected at ASDWA’s Thirty-Second Annual Conference in Norfolk, VA. Conference attendees will include state and territorial drinking water program administrators and their staff, government personnel from EPA and other Federal agencies, drinking water association personnel, and industry group representatives.

Exhibit Space Rental – Order early to reserve your prime space!

Exhibit booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Exhibitors should indicate their first three choices of booth location on the Exhibit Space Application Form.  If the requested space selections are not available, the next best available space will be assigned.

The exhibit space will accommodate:

12 – 8′ x 10′ exhibit spaces at a cost of $1250

9 – 8′ x 8′ exhibit spaces at a cost of $1100

Each exhibit booth will include the following:

  • A display area with 8′ back drape and 3′ side rails
  • One 6′ draped table, two chairs, and one waste basket
  • One 7″ x 44″ identification sign
  • One 500 watt electrical outlet
  • One complimentary conference registration and two booth-only registrations
  • Attendance at all food functions
  • Copy of the final registration list

Other booth furnishings are available from Dunmar Exhibit Services at an additional cost.
Any exhibitor cancellations must be received in writing.  All cancellations received after August 31, 2017 will be subject to a $600 processing fee.


Dunmar Exhibit Services will handle pre- and post-show equipment shipping and handling needs.  Information detailing available services will be provided to exhibitors upon receipt of registration.

Exhibitor Sponsorship and Prize Donation

ASDWA encourages exhibitors to sponsor food functions and to donate prizes for drawings in the exhibit area.  Both full and partial sponsorships are welcome. Sponsors will receive a poster-sized sign displayed during the food function and acknowledgement in the agenda.  Sponsors may select from the following food functions:

  • Morning Starters: $2000
  • Morning Breaks: $1000
  • Afternoon Breaks: $1000
  • Afternoon Dessert Break: $2000
  • Welcoming Reception: $2500

Types of prizes will be at the discretion of the donor.  However, ASDWA reserves the right to review all submissions.  A validation system will be set up so that registrants will be required to visit each booth to validate their ticket to be eligible for prizes.  Prize donors will be acknowledged by a sign that will be displayed in the exhibit area throughout the conference and at the prize drawings.  Exhibitors are not eligible to win prizes.
