More than 100 Federal and state water and wastewater funding officials and other interested parties (including ASDWA staff) came together for the Council on Infrastructure Financing Authorities’ (CIFA) Federal Policy Conference in Washington, D.C. on May 18-19.  Attached are ASDWA’s highlights of the conference.
